Refund policy

To start a return, access our Return Portal here

30 DAYS | We will be happy to accept returns of items within 30 days of the original order date. Items must be in new condition, with all labels and/or tags attached. Clearance and personalized items and are not returnable.

EXCHANGES | If you wish to make an exchange for a different item, please return the originally purchased product(s) for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE | A postage paid return label will be emailed after a return has been accepted. A flat return shipping fee of $5.00 applies to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed. Please allow 1 week processing time. A confirmation email will be sent on completion.

DAMAGE/ERRORS | If merchandise has been damaged before or during delivery, or an error has been made by us, please initiate the same return process through the Return Portal and we'll make it right!
